How do I join Tea of Therapy as a counsellor?

Submit your application, qualifications, DBS and membership. Successful applicants are invited for interview and onboarding.

Do I need experience?

Yes, All counsellor should have completed a minimum of 100 hours.

Do you offer supervision?

Yes. Regular and high-quality supervision is a core part of how we support our counsellors.

What are the working hours?

We offer flexible opportunities — part-time, term-time, and full school placements.

Do you offer training or development?

Yes — through:

How are counsellors paid?

Payment varies based on hours and placements. We offer fair, competitive rates for school counsellors.
